Hello, my name is John Kwasna. I was born and raised on the east end of Long Island, NY. I still reside on Long Island with my wife and kids. The paranormal has intrigued me since living in an old house on the east end that had activity. Being the skeptic that I am, I’ll admit that I didn’t give it much thought at the time. With the current trend of more and more “Ghost Hunter” shows popping up on television, I found it hard not to watch them. Watching these shows made me rethink just what happened in that house. I wanted to know and see for myself just what this was all about. I am the type of person who, unless I see it, and experience it first hand, I will be a skeptic.
I also believe that if a person is on their correct path in life, things will “click”. Have you ever thought about doing something or going someplace and soon after the opportunity is laid in your lap so to speak? Fate. That is sort of how I became involved in the investigation aspect of the field. My wife and I had become interested in the field. At the same time a co-worker (who I never spoke of the paranormal with) placed a flyer about an upcoming paranormal investigation on a bulletin board. That very next day my work assignment brought me into contact with the bulletin board. This bulletin board is in an area that I might only pass three times a year and hardly ever do I actually stop to read.
