Howdy, my name is Cheryl. I am 30 years old. I live on Long Island, N.Y., born and raised. I am a full time tattoo artist/studio manager at Ink Alternative Custom studio, and part time office assistant in my family business. Art imitates life, and I have a great time interpreting that. I went to school for audio, video, film, and broadcasting. Ever since I was a toddler my mom remembered me telling her about strange people I saw in our apartment, and about weird things I would see; people, mist, shadows. I was always afraid of this one apartment we specifically lived in. We moved around a bit. When I was a teenager I became more aware of what I was experiencing, and set out to understand it more. I explored various religious and spiritual beliefs until I found something I was most comfortable in understanding, and began my journey into understanding death and the afterlife. And like most “Goth” inspired teenagers spent some time in all the historic cemeteries, taking pictures and trying to connect with the time periods, and the history of it's interred. I have had so many experiences relating to things I can't explain or debunk, that I don’t have the time to go into so much detail for you here. I have been told that I am not like most people, that I have a gift, and have some abilities. I do know that I have intense energy that flows through my body and I'm working on understanding that and harnessing it so I can use it to help other people. I see things, hear things, smell things; I get little gifts from the universe all the time. I use my intuition to guide me, and with the help of some nifty gadgets I get some cool evidence along the way. I have got to see it to believe it, and I certainly have. I believe!
